Navigate Via Start

Can anyone explain exactly what the "Navigate Via Start" option does on the iPhone version of MyRoute App Navigator?

Hi @James-Stewart-1 , For example, that you navigate from your home address to the starting point of the route (If the starting point is elsewhere than where you are).

The Android version has an option called "Navigation departure point" which works well. You can select from three options. Is there anything similar to this in the iPhone version or do you have to skip waypoints when you're in the middle of a route?

Hi @James-Stewart-1 No, the ios version of the app doesn't have the Navigate Departure Point option and yes, there is an option to Skip waypoints.

Thanks for the input. I built a route around my current location and tested the options. They seem to work similar, but are worded differently. Testing definitely was the best way to figure this out. I have one issue with the way the Android and IOS versions of the app navigate. The app should navigate to the closest point in the direction that you are going. For instance, I placed a point closest to my location in the opposite direction of my route and the system wanted to double back in the opposite direction and then move forward. In my opinion, the app should alway navigate to the closest point with the higher number.
