How to download GPX files to Garnin Montana750i

When I export the GPX 1.1 to the my new Garmin Montana 750i device, the message that is was successful appear. But the device stay empty. No routes or trackes in the folder. I also tried GPX 1.0 and 1.2 but no succes. Do i need to go back and use BaseCamp, Hope not. Anyone any idee.

Save the route as.. on your PC, then copy and paste it in de GPX folder on your device
