My Route Takes the Wrong Ferry = How Fix?

Using MyRoute across ferry journey it often uses the wrong ferry and backtracks to a totaly different ferry. The only way to (currently) fix this is to break the route either side of each ferry. This is particularly a problem on the Scotttish islands ferries.
The problem is that the ferry route data in MyRoute is clearly incomplete or inadequte. When is this going to be fixed? -
