myroute-app connector and BMW connected-ride navigator

I tried the connector with the BMW connected-ride navigator on the Mac. The connector does not recognize the device though. Is there any chance this can be supported in the future?

@Fred-2i You mean you physically connected the device with a cable and it did not show up?

Please create a support ticket.
Mention this forum message, my name and attach the logs of the connector.
You can get the logs from the connector by clicking on the settings (top right) and scrolling down.

Any additional images / screenshots etc. would be of great help for to investigate.
Please let me know when you've created the support ticket.

I Corjan,
I submitted the ticket. It has #71369. I have attached the log.
And yes, it was physically connected with an USB cable.
Fortunately the log file does contain a reference to navigator, so hopefully this can help.
If I have to do additional testing please let me know.

@corjan-meijerink yes the device was physically connected with an USB cable. Fortunately the log file does contain a reference to the navigator.
