How do you navigate off-road routes with Next?

I don’t do much off-roading, but since the HERE routing engine doesn’t handle it well—forcing me to use OpenStreetMap instead—I’ve been transferring those routes to OsmAnd, assuming that Next wouldn’t work properly with a route created in OpenStreetMap. Is that the case? Or, if I create a route in the planner using OpenStreetMap, will Next be able to navigate it without any issues?

Open the route planned in OSM algorithms in the latest app version V6.0.0 (526) then you will see there many base points in gray small numbers numbered through.. the app tries to navigate it based on the HERE map stored in the app ... then share the bind to it
