A15 A folder with no routes is not displayed—unless "all" is selected?

A folder containing no routes will not be displayed if it has just been created while the selection filter is still set to "Routes." It took me quite a while to figure this out—it’s better to set the filter to "All," but that’s something that’s easily overlooked or forgotten while working.
