Free Ride Mode - Speed Warnings
-
I like the new 'Free Ride' mode. I noticed though, that there is a difference regarding the speed warnings in this mode compared to the navigation function.
While using navigation, there is a visual and an acustic warning when you drive over the speed limit. In 'Free Ride' mode only the visual warning is shown, no acustic signal is given.
Is there an option to switch that on? I think it would make sense to get attracted to the warning by sound instead of constantly need to look on the screen for such.
Thanks. -
By design free ride mode does not offer any camera warnings (apart from possibly small icons on the map) as they are unknown due to the lack of a route.
What you request is currently not technically possible.

Thanks for your feedback, but this was not my point. I was talking about the speed limits warnings you are getting constantly while riding. Not the camera warnings.
On the screen, there is the current speed limit shown and your actual speed. When you ride faster, your actual speed turns red and - when in navigation mode - a sound warns you about that fact.
In Free Ride, the acusting warning is missing and I don't understand why.
