I also had this problem with the dark buttons, and I can promise you that it will be fixed after the next update. I have the Beta version 5.0.0. and drove with it today, and the buttons are bright again as usual!

@white.mouse, I can tell you that it the fix devs have applied is not yet in the beta version
If you had this problem, and it is now gone, that only tells that the problem is not consistent.
In fact, I noticed the dark buttons myself this morning for the first time...
I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!
