A note regarding photos taken at a single location where the GPS signal proved to be highly erratic:

I recently took several photos at one location in the Sauerland region. Upon reviewing the tracklog later, I discovered that the GPS data for these photos varied. The top two images were taken inside the "Don Camilo" restaurant, while the bottom image shows the exterior of the building—an old church that now houses the restaurant.

The zigzag pattern wasn't caused by me, but rather by how the data between the phone and the received GPS signal is processed. I took the two photos above while sitting down.
In my view, it would make sense to group photos taken in close proximity to one another when displaying them in the studio. Currently, the video display jumps back and forth between the tracklog/route and the photo itself—causing the map to "flicker" briefly.
