Add an upload feature for a trip summary file

Hello,
As a standard part of my trip planning, I usually create a file (typically in Excel or Word) to track projected expenses, helping me estimate a budget along with other useful information, such as hotel's phone numbers, breakfast hours, check-in/check-out times, and so on.
I include costs for hotels, tolls, fuel, meals, and sightseeing activities.
If such a feature doesn't already exist in the Beta version, I think it would be incredibly useful to be able to upload and save this file within the root folder for each trip in the "Library."
This would allow for easy access to expense details while on the go and serve as a historical record.
It would be even better if the file could be managed directly within the planner, rather than having to edit it offline and re-upload a new version each time.

Thanks for suggesting but for privacy reason we currently don’t really want to open up file uploads as those could impose serious privacy risks. Similar answer to someone who wanted to save pdfs in their maintenance logbook.
