Garmin Zumo does not recognize some files

For some reason, my Garmin Zumo 396 does not recognize some of the route files I made on the MyRoute app. The files are listed as a GPX file on my laptop but after I copy to the Garmin they are only listed as "file". The files that do work are all listed as a GPX file on the Garmin. I generated both routes the same way and saved them in both 1 and 1.1 formats. What am I doing wrong?

The files must be copied to the „gpx“ folder on your Garmin.
Then open the routing app at your Zumo and import the routes. -
