Cannot open the app

The app says I have to many logins. I am not logged in anywhere.
So whats going on? Send a ticket but no reaction.!
Anybody?

Only two devices are allowed that can be operated at the same time.
You can deposit a maximum of three devices but then have to change, only two may be activated at the same time.
But the menu shows it ...
So contact the support

Don't expect an answer within 20 hours of which the majority was at night....
