Same experience here on an iPhone and a bluetooth keyboard. It has nothing to do with SilverFox.

If you open MyRoute first and then you turn on Keyboard, MyRoute crashes when Keyboard connects to phone with a black screen and there is nothing to but force close app?

I detect this behavior, but I don not know if it's a problem of MyRoute or my phone.

Sure, I enabled the keyboard in several places within the MRA app (it connected automatically). I noticed that the on-screen keyboard kept disappearing and the app itself didn’t crash.

I’m using an iPhone 16 Pro and a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard. Which phone and Android version are you using? That might be useful information for the app developers.

I'm using Samsung A14 device and Android 14.
When I use bike controller, all is fine in connection, but if I use a Bluetooth Keyboard, not.

Is MyRoute is started, on main screen or on navigation screen, MyRoute becomes a black screen. If I turn on MyRoute after connect my keyboard, all works fine.

But, perhaps is my device. I comment out only after knowing you also use a BT Keyboard.

@Lluis-Arasanz Just tested with Remotec One (Bluetooth remote on my motorcycle) and found the same problem. Created a ticket and referred to this topic.

I'll check on motorcycle when connecting remote controller to phone, testing if I have MyRoute-app opened before or no.

@Corjan-Meijerink Hi, are you able to reproduce this issue? Otherwise I can record a few videos and share them with Rob. When you go to the main menu, choose and use the left and right arrows on the Bluetooth keyboard, things go wrong as well. Just tested in 5.0.1 430. Hopefully you can fix it in the future.

This problem does not reproduce on Android if my "bluetooth device" is not a Keyboard. Perhaps has some interaction with Keyboards Issue that are corrected on 5.0.1. I'll check it when update available to Android.

I believe these issues will be solved in the 5.0.1 update
