Route not appearing correctly when riding

Team, when I plan a route here in Japan and follow it the next day I see a couple issues, first the route are off the road and in the images you can see I'm apprently riding in the sea ?

Also the maps lack the quality, I only can use the voice commands to follow other than that I have nothing to view on the route when following ?

I'm using the "HERE GOLD" for creating the maps here in Japan, what am I doing wrong ?

Hi @Arch ,

I am not opart if the team, but found some general information around HERE map data and Japan:
Normally the quality of the maps is considered to be very good, but there are some technical limitations. These limitations are primarily related to offline functions and some special features deleveloper can't use for Japan.
I keep my fingers crossed, that corjan or any other developer can bring some more light to your point

To be honest, we have no experience with our app in Japan.
I would suggest downloading the offline maps for Japan - maybe that helps.

It clearly is an issue with the maps in the app for specifically the Japan region. As mentioned by HERE it's a special case for us developers but not something we currently have knowledge about (not the answer you want to hear but it's an honest answer)
