@Hubert-Thoring I agree, I think the issue is when you are online, but I also have offline maps downloaded. So it should be able to revert to those when a signal is lost.
@Michael-Rhys I only ride off line with the maps and routes downloaded and I had the issue

Hast Du das Problem schon erkannt, es scheint im Online zu entstehen. Im Offline konnte ich es nicht feststellen.
Ab Nassfeldpass dann zum Gardasee und ab da zurück bis Münster war ich wohl immer Offline unterwegs
Hoffe dein Urlaub war eine Erholsame Route

Have you already noticed the problem? It seems to occur online. I couldn't find it offline.

From Nassfeldpass to Lake Garda and from there back to Münster I was probably always offline

bei meinem Handy im Offline kenne ich sowas nicht.Probiere mal das ganze bei Offline lieber Con, Du weißt doch dabei sparste dann auch noch Akku
Is that a Carplay device where you recorded it? I don't know of any such thing on my phone when it's offline.
Try it offline dear Con, you know you'll save battery that way

@Con-Hennekens : oh das Problem liegt dann wohl ehr bei der verwendeten Hardware. Mein iOS Handy iPhone Xr läuft ohne Probleme

@Hubert-Thoring, I don't have most of the problems that are posted in this forum. I don't start by blaming their hardware. Fact is that on the same hardware this problem was not there before. Besides this, I have never seen any behaviour like this in gMaps, which I use regularly too. So my guess still is a software problem.

@Con-Hennekens I wish I could post screen shots. I think I am getting closer to identifying the issue. The problem seems to be related to the mode. If the mode is always north or the zoomed out mode things seem fine. If the mode is the one that auto zooms in then it is a disaster. I have screen shits from the 3 different modes will upload them when I return home I am still on my tour. But after 2300miles I have to say that the auto zoom mode works less than 30pct of the time. You really need to resolve this before pushing the beta to production.

We’ve got the issue noted and will investigate!@Corjan-Meijerink I have been unable to add screen shots here. However I was able to create a support request referring to this thread. On that request I was able to upload screenshots I hope they help. The issue is happening a lot.
