Apple Car Play - Navigation & Vehicle Type

As I was not able to use Apple Car Play with my car I purchased a W701 Pro Carpuride Display and I love it, however, up to that point I simply used my iPhone solely with the MyRoute App Navi App. Now, that I am having Apple Car Play I am missing the feature to set the routing type respectively the vehicle type when I start a navigation. Within the app itself it is a choice when opening a route, but with Apple Car Play there is no vehicle choice - why? Can this please be changed, or if there, how can I do it - I mean except by the workaround and use the iPhone itself and make the change in the app.

Jörg, CarPlay wie auch Android Auto, das wurde hier schon mehrfach diskutiert, sind „eigene“ Anwendungen von Apple bzw. Google. Es ist kein Spiegeln einer App. Die jeweils CP oder AA fähige. Apps müssen sich an Limitierungen halten die CP und AA vorgeben um dort als Anwendung zu funktionieren. AA bzw. CP wiederum reduzieren die Darstellung und Funktionen auf ein Minimum. Zum einen wg. der Bediensicherheit, wobei diese mittlerweile bei den Menüs der Autohersteller auf deren immer größeren Displays viel komplexer sind (und hier auch Bestrebungen im Gange sind, dies zu verbieten), zum anderen um auf den verschiedene Layouts und Displayformaten zu funktionieren.
Um es abzuschließen, den MRA Entwicklern sind da die Hände gebunden. Auch mit G-Maps und Apple-Maps geht auf den jeweiligen Systemen nicht alles, Werbung bei Routeneingabe siehst Du Gott sei Dank nicht. Wobei bei Apple bekommt man auf dem iPhone noch Google Maps aber umgekehrt auf A-Smartphones kein Apple Maps. So ist halt die Welt.
