Planning a route distance problem???

i am planning a route. It s a trip during 1 month and about 22 tracks..... i made a folder in planner but during my work i had this message:

The route calculation seems to take very long. You can try resolving this by shortening your route or by adding a waypoint between your current waypoints.

....... i am sure that my track is not so long!!!! Wich is the problem?

You use the word 'track' when I suspect you mean 'routes'.
There is probably a route point in a place somewhere, which makes calculation difficult or impossible for the Planner.
To get an idea of your problem, it is better to post a link to the route here so that we can take a look.
Don't forget to set the privacy setting to 'Public'.

@BD-SM Are you surprised that a route that long and with that many waypoints takes a long time to calculate? I'm amazed that people even attempt to plan routes this way.

But I think you're hijacking someone else's topic. @DANIELZ77 seems to have this issue with a route he doesn't consider to be that long. And it would help if he can publish the route so people can help him diagnose potential issues.

@Jack-van-Tilburg i solved the problem with support. I was editing using basemap than I changed to tomtom maps

@Herko-ter-Horst yes, ofc i'm surprised.. as i'm not so familiar with this app, so i've expect to be able and do a route of 10k km. But now, it's ok.. i've learned it can't be done over 6k. I`ll do it first time of 10k, make a copy, delete some points and split in how many miles i want, without become a gold member (yet)
