Problem and observation

last week I rode from the UK to the Netherlands for the Assen for Moto GP, since I could not open 4.0.0 I used MRA Navigation and it was absolutely faultless but whilst in Groningen 4.0.1 came out and I installed it and even added the Netherlands, and UK offline maps without a problem.
On Monday I used Next 4.0.1 to navigate back however I missed the starting waypoint by 5 mtrs and it kept routing me back in the first few miles so I skipped the waypoint the instructions were correct but the navigation icon went off the page and I didn't have a Centre icon to try and get it back on the screen so I gave up and went back to the old MRA Navigation.
Today I used it again on Android Auto and for the most part, it worked well but I did notice the speed camera icon on the old Navigation is twice the size and gave louder beeps to grab your attention.
I also noticed that on my phone it shows a roundabout and the screen on the car shows a right-turn junction.
