Tracklog issues
-
Was just playing around with the tracklogs and found some issues:
- When selecting animate with the icon, it was stated that I need a silver subscription... But i have gold.
- No option to delete a Tracklog.
- When using the back button from open track, it closes the app
-
- Can't reproduce this on iOS (also Gold (lifetime) member).
- That is possible, but in a different way. To delete a tracklog, go to the desired tracklog via the menu > Routelab > Tracklogs. You can choose to delete via the 3 dots.
- Also can't reproduce this on iOS
-
@Rob-Verhoeff appears IOS and Android are different on this. 2nd way working is not possible on Android
-
- I cannot reproduce that on Android either. It seems to work normally. Are you sure you are using the same account in your webbrowser? Some people have multiple accounts and are unaware about it. If you are in the embedded web view (Routelab from the main app-menu) press the profile icon and log out. Try to login again with your known credentials from the account you registered your Gold subscription with.
- Actually @Rob-Verhoeff his suggestion is correct. Open the tracklog through the 3 dots, scroll down to the bottom and press the blue X
- That is correct, It seems to be by design. To go one step back use the left pointed arrow in the top left of the screen. I cannot say I am completely happy with theit either

@Con-Hennekens you are not using it ' in-app'. But in browser view. This is the app view

@Edwin_M, I know, but from there you can't delete From the webview you can. Routes and route-tracks can also not be deleted from the native app view. I think it is by design, and that it is considered a planner task. I can imagine something will be done about it if the Mobile App gets a makeover (other then Next).
