Skip waypoints automatically

Why would it be that I'm unable to select either "skip waypoints automatically" & "Traffic Information" options while navigating........ I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro/ iso16.4.1(a)
from the main screen select ... Settings - Functional -

Because this has yet to be implemented. The switches are present, but the option is not yet active.
