@Bart-DM personally I’m in favour! However for general purpose of the app, not so sure if it’s a good idea. Way more people don’t use the forum than do and placing a prominent button there will most likely lead to more issues than happy users

Also, clicking on routelab and then on the forum is only 1 (or 2, depending on resolution) clicks more. You do have some longer load times

@Corjan-Meijerink Is it an idea to put the button only in the beta app and see what it gives?

@Bart-DM if we allow more customisation options in the app, this would definitely make sense!
Way down on your account page are some quick links too so a forum link could be placed there but that’s a longer path than just opening routelab an clicking on “Forum”

@Corjan-Meijerink yes, you’re right.

@Corjan-Meijerink I made a shortcut through Safari anyway, not ideal but better than nothing

@Bart-DM sweet! Please note forum authentication is handled with a synchronisation of the mra site. If you never login to mra on the browser you use the forum, the forum will throw you out after a while.
Use: https://www.myrouteapp.com/forum/login for quick access. This refreshes your mra session and thus the forum authentication

@Corjan-Meijerink What is actually the meaning of the forum logo? Or is that from the forum software being used?

@Bart-DM the forum software (https://nodebb.org/)
no clue if we can configure that icon. Even if we can, no real priority for me hahah -
