Kein Beta Update & keine Antwort vom Support

Guten Morgen liebes MyRouteApp-Team,
Ich bin seit Oktober auch als Tester angemeldet, bekomme aber leider die Betaversion nicht installiert. Den Support habe ich mehrfach angeschrieben, bekomme aber leider keine Antwort.
Sobald ich auf den Link unter instruktions Android gehe, wird mir angezeigt, dass ich Beta Tester bin und mir angeblich auch eine Beta Version installiert wird. Ich bekomme aber leider keine Beta Version. Cache geleert, deinstalliert etc. habe ich alles schon mehrfach gemacht.
Bitte um Hilfe!!

I do not see your name in the list of registered subscribers so I think you missed a step You would need to complete the signup form here: https://nl.surveymonkey.com/r/9QBQGNS?lang=de (as clearly stated in the instructions).
Also, closed Beta testing only started in December Registering as public tester won't work.

First of all, thank you for your answer. I had written an email twice (see screenshots) and once via the MRA page. I'm actually quite sure that I filled out the application form at the beginning, because I find the topic very exciting.
But it doesn't matter, I'm happy if we can find a solution now.
I have filled out the application again.

Hello Corjan,
I received the registration emails and did everything according to the instructions. I had previously uninstalled the mobile app. I am still at version 3.2.4.
Or do you i have to wait longer?

@Daniel-Simon this would probably mean you are not logged in on your Android device with the account you listed as test account.
The Android account you use must match the email you entered (which is the one shown in your screenshots). The Android account email can be different than your MRA email.
If you keep having trouble, do contact the support (again). You can share a link to this forum thread to aid them.

I only have this Google account, see screenshot, everything should actually be correct here.
However, I have just sent an email to the support team, maybe you have the opportunity to tell me whether the email has arrived.
Then I'll see if I can get further with the support team.
