I drive throughout the Netherlands and surrounding countries. On average I drive 400 to 600 kilometers per day. Not only the fixed places like hospitals and doctors. But also from door to door.
I did notice that this app is mainly dedicated to motorcyclists. But so far the app is good to use for my purposes. -

It indeed started as a hobby for motorcyclists, but I would say that it generally works as well for any other "niche".
It would be good that you publish here your experience and perhaps describe what you really miss.
