I think he’s saying that he’s logged in but can’t remember his password, but the reset password email is never received when he tried it.

Yes, I have signed up and got all the emails etc etc, which is how come I am a beta tester and in theory am able to download the beta version.

@Jürgen-Köhler Welcome to the forum. You can already download the Mobile app, the beta version is only available for beta testers. These have a lifetime subscription to Navigation. If you have a lifetime subscription to Navigation, you can register as a Beta tester through the forum. Otherwise, please wait until mid-June.

@David-Marsh-0 Also have an NN postcode, I have the Beta and don't have an issue, you may find that on the pc you may be making routes in Open Street or Tomtom rather than Here which is what the mobile Nav uses. also since I share my routes with Tomtom users I make sure I compare the route with Tomtom and add way points to make sure they match.

@Steve-Lynch hi @Steve-Lynch I concur, during my forthcoming trip to the Austrian Alps in summer, I will be using my XT as my main nav aid, however I will also run the next in the background on an old iPhone, and if it fairs well I may sell my XT and by a rugged phone. ️

@RGDan59 Are you using a route you created yourself? If so, please share the URL to the route here so we can have a look. This behaviour can happen if the first routepoint and last routepoint are not placed appropriately.

@Jörgen Da hast Du natürlich absolut recht. Es ist aber gar nicht das, was ich Peter mitgeben wollte, vlt. habe ich mich nicht klar genug ausgedrückt. Der Post zeigt doch eindrucksvoll, wie vielschichtig das Thema ist, (MRA Planungs-App, "alte" Navi-App, neue NEXT-App mit Planung und Navigation) und vor allem, dass da Bewegung drin ist.. Jemand Neues braucht ja erstmal einen Überblick zu seiner Frage , den bekommt Peter hier. Und letztendlich fasst Chef Corjan alles prima zusammen.

Welcome @Paul-900 I am just in the process of switching from a dedicated Sat Nav to using MRA Navigation Next although I have been using MRA for years - brilliant planning platform. Some great work being done by the team and the forum is really helpful.
