Yesterday, I had a kind of similar problem. While starting a route from my saved routes, CarPlay showed that I was on the correct location but MRA Next on my iPhone showed that I was in Germany. When I started driving, after a few meters, the iPhone also switched to the correct location.

@Spili Hi - Assuming you are using the MyRouteApp mobile (I use Android but will assume IOS is similar), choose the Menu (3 lines) then head for the Account section - top right, icon looks like a head in a circle. From there you'll see an offline maps menu item and the rest is ... just downloading! Good luck! Jem p.s. - I'm registered for the current Beta, and assume you've done the same.

I did not apply to be a beta tester for the "navigation" app. That was done by MyRoute. My issue is NOT that I am a beta tester. The issue is the app is identified as the Beta version which is confusing/misleading if nothing else. Let's move on. There are some real issues that are keeping the Navigation portion from the app being acceptable. Especially in offline mode. Let's concentrate on that rather than my insignificant issue.

@Corjan-Meijerink I was out for a ride yesterday. I skipped the first few WP and drove to WP 4 to start. A little while later I noticed that the WP displayed top left was out of sync with the current position. Can't say what may have caused it. I didn't notice that my phone was not charging and it shut down after about 2 hrs. I switched to my primary phone and continued. As a side note, I was using a route from a few years ago. I almost missed a couple of turns due to waypoints located just before a turn. This was never an issue with the old navigator since it did not provide next waypoint information.

@Klaus-Pichler was the word used "Homograph start..." Are you using an iPhone? I had the same issue. Also with the ferry, I had two waypoints on both sites of the ferry over the Rhine, but routing was a different way over the next bridge.

@Corjan-Meijerink Thank you for the feedback. Something is wrong with the map. On the road I noticed that the map is not fluid. It freezes and then jumps. Tested online and offline. Turn-by-turn directions are ok, but map and arrow are way behind. Another user posted the same thing. Again about the compass. Depending on when I click on it I see the roads or not, very specific. I could not confirm the message "No internet" go offline. Restarting the app was the solution. But please look at the problem with the map, it's not good at all that it doesn't show the current position! Thank you

@Jörgen I had a similar experience on a samsung Galaxy S21fe. the first 1-2 seconds or something of an announcement was missing. I have not been riding since, so had no option to replicate it yet. I am not sure if it could also be that i had 2 connections to my sena, the KTM lc8 dashboard AND my phone directly. Will try tomorrow with only one connection.
