@Florian-g, dan heb jij héél véél marketing mailtjes van MyRoute-app genegeerd Zonder gekheid, die app houdt er eerstdaags mee op. Dus ik adviseer je snel gewend te raken aan de nieuwe app. Werkt gewoon met de inlog die je al hebt, dus kost niks extra.

Als je naar de navigatie instellingen in het menu gaat kun je daar de offline modus uitschakelen en zou de download moeten werken.

Bild mit der Ampel und der Navi Anzeige so wie dem Verkehrsschild [image: 1688756123329-img_0726.jpeg] Hinweg der App durch die Baustelle: [image: 1688755791877-img_0721.png] Hätte ich auf der Rückfahrt mehr WP auf die gesperrte Straße gesetzt die ja in der App nicht angezeigt wird wäre das auf der Rückfahrt auch so gewesen also weiter auf der Straße des WP3 das geht aber gar nicht vor Ort und eine Alternative zeigt die App ja so gar nicht an ., Rückweg ohne Info bei der Planung, beim Navi kurz in die Straße was gar nicht geht dann zurück… blöde Lösung, geht ja gar nicht vor Ort. @Jan-Huisman ik proef een ondertoon in je laatste "geduld" toevoeging. Ik heb geen idee of je weet hoeveel tijd en energie het ontwikkelteam in het uitbrengen van deze app heeft gestoken, maar dat zijn meer uren dan er declarabel zijn gok ik! Als je weet dat sinds het bêta-programma gestart is er tussen de twee- en drieduizend enthousiastelingen daaraan hebben meegedaan. Overigens loop dat bêta-programma nog steeds en zijn het de wensen van al deze mensen die gekanaliseerd moeten worden. En dan moet je ook nog eens het overzicht bewaren op wat een hoofd- en bijzaak is. Neem van mij aan dat dat wel goed zit in dit kleine team. Oh ja, ik heb geen aandelen in MRA maar ben slechts, net als jij, een bêtatester. @Rolf-Engelsman dit hot item heeft echt de aandacht.

@Roger-Doidge thank you Roger (and everyone else who replied). Android is the OS, volume is up (I can play music and SYGIC works perfectly well), voice prompts are ON and everything looks to be as it should be. Yes, one of life's mysteries and perhaps it will never happen again. It is however something that needs to be investigated by the development team as if this happened to myself and to you (Roger), then it will happen to others too.

@MarcM Apple CarPlay and Android Auto have high priority for the developers. They are working on stability and more features as we speake.

Good that's it I found the reason for my problem. I installed the application on my smartphone and on my tablet for motorcycle navigation but I only downloaded the offline maps for the tablet which it has an SD card to hold the maps. so I tested this morning with the tablet and there miracle it works too wel!! Great feature. Kudos to the developers

Ok, so it is more complex then before? Anyway you know now and I will wait patiently.

@Ian-Batterham This can also occur if you have placed a shapingpoint or a viapoint just before the particular roundabout. I'm not sure if that applies to your route. If it does, try placing the waypoint after the roundabout.

@Corjan-Meijerink but it does not go up for me. I would find it logical if it would say "2 of 7" to indicate that it has already downloaded 2 and 5 are still to be downloaded, but instead it goes from "0 of 7" to "0 to 6" to "0 to 5". If it is impossible to show how many have already been downloaded, it would make more sense if the message said "5 remaining" Just a cosmetic issue of course
