@Corjan-Meijerink With this and the previous version with the new CarPlay zoom functions, I have regularly encountered a problem with the ‘Zoom’ button allowing me to select a zoom level in Top Down view but then not returning to the previous dynamic view that I have selected on CarPlay. I find that I have to complete a whole cycle of view changes on my iPhone before this function works as stated. After this cycle of views on my iPhone, I do not have anymore issues with the zoom function for the reminder of the ride.

Some limited testing appears to show that I encounter this problem if I start the route on the iPhone and/or have the app open on the iPhone before connecting to CarPlay. If I open the route only through CarPlay, then the problem does not appear to happen. I need to do some more testing but I have just done a total reinstall of the new version just in case. More testing to be done.

@Corjan-Meijerink Done some more testing and the problem for me happens all the time if I have the app open with a navigation session initiated or the app has not been opened and not running in the background. If the app is active in the background with no navigation, then I do not have the problem with the Zoom initiation button not returning to the original selected view (from top down with manual zoom).

@Dave-J-0 Sorry, I've tested the behavior and I cannot understand what is going wrong. I do not seem to be able to reproduce the issue you are having.

Could you contact me through support including a video of the issue?
I am more than eager to fix it but I currently am not able to understand what exactly is going wrong.
