Inlezen GPX bestand

Zojuist de blog over navigeren middels route of track gelezen.
Volgens de blog zou het mogelijk zijn om een ontvangen gpx bestand in te lezen in MRA. Als ik een ontvangen gpx bestand probeer in te lezen in MRA krijg ik deze foutmelding. Inlezen in een andere app(Garmin Connect en BMW Motorrad) lukt probleemloos.
Wat gaat hier fout?

@Rolf-Engelsman Ik denk dat het beste is om even contact op te nemen met onze support en daar gelijk dit GPX bestand te delen
Er zijn vele varianten als het gaat om de inhoud van een GPX bestand. Door deze te delen kunnen we kijken waarom de app hem niet kan importeren.

Je hebt een leuke tocht ontvangen als gpx bestand. Je wilt dit bestand openen in BaseCamp, maar je krijgt een foutmelding. Een methode die bijna altijd werkt is de volgende.
Download het programma easygps van de website.
Open het gpx bestand met het programma easygps via File > Open en selecteer het bestand.
Wanneer het hierin wel opent kun je het opslaan voor gebruik in BaseCamp.
Kies voor File > Save as (= Bestand > Opslaan als) en sla het op als een gpx bestand met een andere naam.
Open nu het bestand in BaseCamp. Is de foutmelding verdwenen?
Sinds ik dit programme gebruik kan ik bijna alle GPX Bestanden Inlezen danwel uploaden.

@Marinus-van-Deudekom ik heb het gpx bestand op mijn Iphone opgeslagen, als ik erop klik wordt MRA automatisch geopend en krijg ik deze foutmelding. Als ik het bestand open (ik zie dan de code) en vervolgens doorstuur naar de Garmin Connect app (fietsnavigatie) dan leest deze het gpx bestand wel correct in. Idem voor de BMW Motorrad app.

Vergeet het gpx bestand niet toe te voegen.

Hey in the open MRA use in Routenlabor the "Upload" and then load the saved file. This has always worked for me with such a message as described above.

Hey in der geöffneten MRA im Routenlabor den „Upload“ nutzen und dann die gespeicherte Datei laden. Das hat bei so einer Meldung wie oben beschrieben bei mir immer funktioniert.

Das sollte so auch gut gehen. VG

Not looking for known workarounds, I want to know why the app isn't able to open the file.

It happened but I could solve it in the other way yes .. think not every app sender and their file fits directly to takeover in the MRA.

Saved real routes GPX always went but that could be the reason.

Routes go
Tracks don't seem to work because you have to go to "RoutenTrack" upload.

Guess the case above is also not a real route because when taking over / loading the app directly there is the selection whether route or route track is not.

Werde beim nächsten mal ein Protokoll machen und auch dem Service den Fall mitteilen.

Es ist vorgekommen aber ich konnte es auf die andere Art ja lösen .. denke nicht jeder App Versender und dessen Datei passt direkt so zu Übernahme in die MRA.

Gespeicherte echte Routen GPX gingen immer aber das könnte der Grund sein.

Routen gehen
Tracks gehen scheinbar nicht denn man muss dann auf „RoutenTrack“ Upload gehen.

Schätze der Fall oben ist auch keine richtige Route denn beim App direkten übernehmen / laden gibt es die Auswahl ob Route oder RoutenTrack ja nicht.

Doing the exact same steps on 2 different iPhones and another Android device worked as expected

Hey Corjan,
eine lange Test Runde und viele Klicks zeigen eine Fehlereingrenzung, es scheint den Zusammenhang mit dem Ordner „MyRout-app“ zu geben. Ich muss es aber noch mehr eingrenzen. Ich verwende auch die iCloud und damit werden Dateien bei einem Web Download automatisch immer wohl erst dort in der iCloud unter Download abgelegt. Vielleicht hängt es damit zusammen.

Frage zum Verständnis:

Wann und wie wird dieser Ordner automatisch von der MRA im iOS System erstellt und benötigt ?

Dieser liegt unter:

\ Auf meinem iPhone\ MyRoute-app

Nimmt man die Dateien aus dem Download und Kopiert diese in diesen Ordner dann geht das Importieren….

A long test round and many clicks show an error limitation, there seems to be the connection with the folder "MyRout-app". But I have to narrow it down even more. I also use the iCloud and with a web download, files are automatically stored there in the iCloud under Download. Maybe it's related to that.

Question for understanding:

When and how is this folder automatically created and required by the MRA in the iOS system?

This is under:

\ On my iPhone\ MyRoute app

If you take the files from the download and copy them into this folder, then the import goes....

Nachtrag: Liegt eine GPX nicht in diesem „MyRoute-app“ Ordner und Klick eine beliebige GPX Datei an öffnet sich die MRA mit der zuvor aufgezeigten Fehlermeldung. Nur in dem „MyRoute_app“ Ordner gelingt der Klick ohne Fehlermeldung. Nach dem Import der GPX Datei erfolgt wohl das löschen der Datei in diesem Ordner. Dieses bedeutet für mich das der „MyRoute-app“ Ordner eigentlich nur ein interner Ordner sein sollte. Dieser Ordner ist nur sichtbar wenn mehr als eine Datei dort liegt. Manchmal geht das automatische löschen wohl schief nur deshalb hatte ich den Ordner überhaupt entdecken können.

Der MyRoue-app Ordner ist als Ordner ohne Inhalt also ohne Dateien nicht sichtbar.

Addendum: If a GPX is not in this "MyRoute-app" folder and click on any GPX file, the MRA opens with the previously shown error message. Only in the "MyRoute_app" folder can the click without an error message. After importing the GPX file, the file in this folder is probably deleted. This means to me that the "MyRoute-app" folder should actually only be an internal folder. This folder is only visible if there is more than one file there. Sometimes the automatic deletion probably goes wrong only that's why I had been able to discover the folder at all

The MyRoue-app folder is not visible as a folder without content, i.e. without files.

Via upload I get all content correctly via parts here then via WhatsApp only what I get via the MyRoute app folder, these are only WP and Via Start Via Ziel.

Are there any connections to the error message here!?️

Eine über WhatsApp erhaltene GPX Route im 1.1 Format mit mehreren WP und auf der Strecke liegenden Via Punkten wird inhaltlich wohl über den MyRoute-app Ordner importiert.

Über Upload erhalte ich alle Inhalte richtig über Teilen hier dann über WhatsApp nur das was ich über den MyRoute-app Ordner erhalte, das sind nur WP und Via Start Via Ziel.

Gibt es hier zusammenhänge zur Fehlermeldung ️
