Hi, I would like to show one way in which a competitor handles closed roads. Blocked roads are not always correctly stored in the Here maps. Sometimes you are faced with a blocked road and don't know where you are, and you have to find a way to continue your route.

In the video "Röhnschrat" explains how this works, sorry the video is in German. The important part starts at minute 8.

Maybe this method will help as inspiration, I think it's a good idea.

@Jörgen Looks interesting! Just by clicking on a section of the road that is blocked, you indicate that you cannot drive through there. Nice!

@Jörgen I agree and seen the video of Scenic 3.5. Simple and easy and gives the re-route options straight away. Would be great if MRA could apply a similar approach to blocked roads.

Kind Regards. Help where I can.

@Jörgen Great post and very intuitive the solution you present! I also miss such a feature in the MRA navi app very much, just again yesterday.

@Jörgen, Yes that looks like a nice method. The problem is in:

and don't know where you are, and you have to find a way to continue

So in the situation you describe, you have no idea what road segments to block really...

I am just an enthusiastic user, and hope you will be one too!

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebar to the saddle.
