No navigation options

I have been trying to use the beta app for navigation, but I do not see any options for this. All the app seems to let me do is create routes, and overlay them as tracks on the map.
What should I do?

Yes I did,
And followed the instructions received in the confirmation email.As stated, a reinstall (including signing in again) did not make a difference.
Please create a support ticket so we can take a look in our systems
