ITN File empty

When I save an ITN route all I get is an empty file. No problem with GPX what am I doing wrong.cheers Gary.

From the save as menu ITN file but then on my desktop the file is only 1KB no route content -

And did you use that file in a navigator.
ITN files are small!
I just tried a route of 500km and that is 2kb and functional. -
