3.2.6-147 Still Crashes

I still have the app crash when I open a route about 60% of the time, this happens on two different Samsung phones.!

I am experiencing the same. And in my case, the answer to the above question is Yes.

@Corjan-Meijerink Yes i uninstalled it and cleared cache and even restarted the phone before a new clean install.

when i open a route it will show it and when I click on start it crashes 60 to 70% then if I try again it will work 70% of the time on the second attempt.

I'd say that this stability problem has gotten worse compared to the last version of the software/beta.

I'm lucky to get it to successfully open a route 1 out of every 10 attempts. Once opened it often crashes when I tell to to start navigating.

Could you by any chance detect a pattern in the crashes?

We have been able to resolve the Android crash issue affecting some users not being able to load a route at all. The last thing we want is the app being less stable for others

These crashes are quite complex to debug so any information at all can help! Device / Android version too!

As I said I can open the app and initially it centres I think at your office the it with go to my location, i can then open a route and when I press the start 70% of the time maybe more the app closes and probably on the third or fourth attempt sometimes more it will load and run.

this is on a Samsung S20FE and a Samsung Xcover Pro both running the latest up date.

I still see Android crashes.
I uninstalled the previous version and cleared cache before installing 3.2.6.
I find the same issue described above, where I can search through my routes, I then click to navigate and it crashes.
Since the 3.2.6 install, I have seen a new pop-up that advises clearing cache ad gives a "clear now" option.
I've seen this pop-up probably 3 or 4 times.
More often, I just try a second attempt and it will work.
It is a bit frustrating.

I'm not sure how I can capture any more details, or what info you need.

I'm using a:
Samsung A41
Android 12, security patch 1st Jan 2023
Samsung One UI 4.1

No not really. All I can tell you so far is that it consistently does it when I click here...

... sometimes when I click here...

I've also noticed it randomly crash a few occasions while perusing various menus.
