It seems to be no big deal to integrate the navigation through the new App with the click weel of BMW.
Other navigation apps are providing this feature:

Here is the instruction to App developers (kind of BT keyboard):

      Looking forward

Thanks for sharing the suggestion! I really do like it and looked into similar integrations before such as https://carpe-iter.com/ 🙂

Hoping to create some free time for more research into these integrations.

@Corjan-Meijerink Thanks Corjan for your reply. Carpe Iter to me looks much more complicated (hardware and software). The BlackBox Software development is also on Github (Opensource- https://github.com/blackboxembedded/WunderLINQ-iOS). As mentioned before, it might be no big deal, because you, as a developer, do not have to have the actual hardware at hand. "Only" an iOS compatible BT Keyboard is needed and of course your idea, which MRA Navigation Next commands (zoom in Zoom out, etc.) usefully has to be alligned to which BT Keyboard function. "If you don’t have a WunderLINQ compatible bike you can test with any Bluetooth keyboard that includes the UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, ENTER and ESCAPE keys."
          Looking forward
