Routes not syncing to the mobile app

I've created a ride on the new software to the cotswolds this sunday. But on opening the route app on my mobile (android not apple), the route isn't showing.
I've changed my password for the mobile app (and the classic software) to the same as the beta software but the maps still aren't in the mobile app.
if i create a route on the old software it instantly appears in the mobile app.
Where am i going wrong?

Allow the app to synchronize all your routes. You can enable this by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner, then scrolling down until you find 'Synchronize all my routes'.

i tried that but still no joy.

Are you sure you chose to switch to the new planner when you first launched navigation app V6? Only then will the new planner synchronize with the navigation app. It won't happen before that.

I've found a workaround - export the .gpx then email it to myself. open on my mobile then save the file. finally import it into the mra mobile app - that works, although it does lose the colouring and the pause details for the cafes and food stop.

As Rob said. Did you change the app to connect with beta?
It asks automatically when paired with your old account. Pairing is done on beta.myrouteapp.com/classic -

@martin.french601gmail.com update from the app store / play store - open the app - wait a bit - it will ask if you want to switch to Routeplanner Next beta.
If you dismissed that before, go to the account page and scroll down. There will be a button to switch.

Last time i looked there wasn't an update to the MRA app - it's there now and i've just updated and all good. MAGIC!
