I'm planning to travel from Barcelona to Calaceite , I'd like to avoid motorway: I'm looking for any suggestion to create a more pleasant itinerary from a landscape point of view , tks

I would use https://kurviger.com/en/plan, click on the avoidances, plan your route (adjust curvature to your liking), export the track, import the track in your tracklogs, create route from track and make the track underlay visible, choose the Michelin map set to refine your route where necessary.
