it`s possible to transform a route in a track?

You can save a route as a Track.
If you want to have the track in your MRA Route Library, you can upload that track.

What´s the difference between that option and the first one (gpx-1.1 youte, track,POI)?

With the first option you also get the route in the GPX file.
