I understand that since I have a Gold subscription, if there are any updates, they will happen automatically.
My question is in regards to a similar previous post where the question was answered but another question was poised.
Do you also have MRA Navigation Next?
How does that come into play?

You can have Gold subscription for the Routeplanner but Navigation Next (using the mobile app for navigating routes and tracks) needs another license.
Or you can buy everything as a pack or separate licenses.
With both (Routeplanner and Navigation Next), you can create routes on your laptop and navigate them using the mobile app.

@Eric-Colón-3-0 Updates for Navigation Next are automatically installed depending on the settings in your phone.

If you suspect you're not getting automatic updates, just go to your app store and search for 'Navigation Next' (or more exactly 'MyRoute-app'). Any outstanding update will be shown there, and you can update manually.

If you see posts here about upcoming versions and so on, you can compare the version discussed with the version you have installed, which is shown in app here:

• Account -> scroll to the very bottom and below the Facebook/Insta icons you'll see the version number (e.g. 5.1.0 - 462)

Note: When Corjan posts about new features there can be a gap of several days before it appears for users. That's not his fault, the app stores need to check apps for quality, viruses, etc, and they offer no agreed time that it will take them.
