Last friday I decided to get back into the myroute navigator to test the scenic route option. I must say it took me on beautiful curvy roads, even some previously unknown. So thank you for that, you made my day!
When riding the scenic route home I happened on a shortcut, unintentionally cutting off like 200meters from the original route including a roundabout (In Vianen). It took around 2,4 Km (over the lekdijk), three ignored turn left or right directions taking me back to that missed roundabout (over the same route) and one half executed turn back before the route was back to "normal" and not giving directions to the missed roundabout. The 2,4 km ridden was part of the original route by the way. So I only skipped like 200 meters. Is there a way to avoid this?

No, the only way, to prevent being sent back is to manually skip the waypoint. If you do not do that, it will skip it automatically after a few recalculations.
