5.0.0 (422) Missing Map Details - CarPlay
-
Now the Autozoom is working brilliantly, I have noticed that there are missing ‘live’ details and road direction markings on the CarPlay Screen compared to the iPhone screen:

Road direction arrows shown in this screenshot - other details shown more clearly in next screenshot (sorry)

I assumed that I should be seeing all these details from the iPhone screen on CarPlay.

I know this screenshot is with navigation stopped but all these markings were shown on the previous screen albeit not captured fully in the screenshot.
-
Some additional screenshots but with the CarPlay now generated by my Chigee instead of from my Car’s unit.
In panning view, the same junction as before:

Whilst the road direction arrows are shown above, there is still some detail missing with ‘live’ roadworks.

Good find, no clue how this could happen.
Seems like an internal thing of the SDK.
We load all maps with identical configuration - might be a timing / cache "issue" internally in the SDK -
Glad the autozoom is working as intended

Maybe the Team at HERE have a thought about this as I am quite intrigued. Yes, the Autozoom and Camera View changes are working well with this build. Great job.

Some items are also only visible at a certain zoom level.
The phone and CP definitely are using different zoom configurations so that can always be a reason to why you aren't seeing certain things. The best example is 3D buildings. The phone is often more zoomed in yielding in 3D buildings (when enabled) while CP is always zoomed out slightly more and still showing it in 2D.

@Corjan-Meijerink I have 3D enabled and have noticed this. When I observed the previous detail issue, both screens appeared to be at the same close zoom level.
