Navigation doesn't start

Today navigation wouldn't start on Iphone 13 with Carplay. Did the folowing steps:
Started the navigation of a tour on the Iphone. Then connected the Iphone with the CP in my car. This all just before the starting point of the tour. Screen content of the Iphone and CP were the same at that time. Started to drive and system (cursor) freezed and no voice instructions were present.
After stopping the car, disconnected the Iphone, I started the navigation in a new session. Then I had screens as below. There the CP-map was totally of location. And again navigation didn't start. Meanwhile I passed point 1.
After restarting the whole proces again (twice) all went well. Having the car still in the same spot! Had a great tour, made several stops, and restarting the navigation didn't have any problem.
In every session I made exactly the same steps.
Had the same problem a few days ago. But at that time I wasn't able to report this.
