Just a black screen when startin myroute app

I was part of the beta yesterday
When I started myroutapp I only seen the map, my position, but nothing else.
Clearing the cash did not help
I then I singed out of the beta and reinstalled the App completely new (loosing all my 5GB maps).
Now I only see a black screen when I start myroutapp, nothing else.
Why does this has to happen when you are on your 1st day of holidays?
My Phone is a Ouiktel WP22 outdoors mobile, Android Version 13, which i especially bought for navigations.
I am using myroute app for 75'000km already .... -
I believe the beta and the public are currently identical. A problem with the OSM map in the app home screen has been mitigated in the previous beta version. So I think it is good to see which version you are actually using.

lucky I have 2 mobiles on my Samsung A55 I am using 4.4.0-404 and here it works. on my Oukitel it also says 4.4.0 under APPs (As I cant open MyRoutapp I can't find the Build), as I said I had it reinstalled just before I made the post -

So if currently, if you do a re-install, not matter if you are beta or not, you get build 404 from the Google Play Store. So both your phone run the same version. So I doubt it is version related, it's probably more phone related.
You could try to install an older version, to check if that indeed works without problem, but for that you will have to resort to an alternative Play Store like "Aptoide". Be sure to completely remove a newer version before you do. It will only offer public versions though (the previous being 4.3.9 - 395)
