Warnings for camper drivers

@Corjan-Meijerink Other camper navigation systems like Sygic, can warn the driver in advance of dangerous situations such as sharp bends, railway crossings, steep slopes etc. I don't know if this data is also available in the Here map, but it would be nice if it could also be added to MRA Next. In addition, you also see more and more navigation systems that show traffic lights and hopefully that will also be possible.
