No turn instructions

I had on my tour on the weekend some turn instructions missing.
I then concentrated to catch one point, e.g. here was no instruction to turn right.
It was in village Speicher in Rheinlandpfalz.
How can I add gpx file here?

@Jörgen That really is something that just can happen. I honestly won't do anything about it
Most likely it's a map error / there wasn't a possibility to turn left (or anything else) / the app (or gps) thought you were passed that point.
