Navigation settings in easier place
-
I’ve not had the new version yet as iPhone user. I just had an idea that would possibly improve for a lot of people , would it be possible to maybe have direct access to “navigation settings “ in the corner of either the home page with the routes , routelab etc or the page when you first load the app with the map on it instead of going in to account(or both) ? Maybe a settings wheel symbol in the corner ? Just an idea

@Ian-foster-0 nog sure to be honest. Haven’t received any previous feedback about this. It isn’t something you need to access a lot so being where it is, seems fine for me

I totally agree with Ian foster 0.
Most of the trips I make consist of a combination of highways and avoiding them. Some of these trips are planned in advance and then you can use waypoints to plan the trip. But often I spontaneously leave the motorway to continue the road without motorways. Operating during the ride places higher demands on user convenience, than when you are preparing a ride somewhere.
For me, Ian's aforementioned suggestion is highly desirable. -

@Corjan-Meijerink No, that's right; I'm mistaken. This avoidance option is even further away. But I prefer that the avoidance options would be offered in close proximity to a specific route. Sorry for the mistake.

@Ad-Koppenol no worries!
We’ll check this later. -
I think it would under circumstances be handy to be able to access navigation options during a route. But I think an entry in the menu would suffice. Another permanent icon on screen is really not necessary I think.

There is an entry in the menu to access Settings. As far as I know there is no way, once navigation has begun, to access Route options. This would be nice to be able to do.
