Offline operation
-
I turned on Offline navigation. When I go to my routes list I can see all routes and can open any of them and start navigating. These routes are NOT downloaded so they are being loaded from the server.
If I turn on Airplane mode, I can no longer see any routes including the routes that I have downloaded and appear in the download list.
If I go to the "Downloads" list, I can see the routes I have downloaded, when I click on a route it is opened and I can then begin navigating the route.
This does not seem intuitive to have to go to the Downloads list to select a route. I would have expected that when in Offline navigation mode, selecting Routes on the home menu would only display available downloaded routes.
I did have an initial problem that I turned out to be an impending update for the map I was trying to use. I received an error message but nothing told me the map needed to be updated.
Im going to do some more testing tomorrow.

@Doug-Robinson thanks for the feedback! That flow is indeed something we wish to improve
For now you need to go to your Downloads as you descirbed.

There is indeed a problem with the offline routes. When you try to open a downloaded route it will crash. This is the list of operations I did:
- I cleared the app's data and the cache to get rid of the old downloaded maps;
- I logged in and I downloaded the map update;
- I downloaded some offline maps including my country;
- I opened Routes, selected one route, clicked on Download, chose "Make offline available";
- I exited the app;
- Put the phone in Airplane mode;
- Opened the app, went to Account->Downloads;
- Clicked on the route.
CRASHED
Isn't one time, it will crash every time, so it is repeatable.

@Vlad-Popovici-0 make sure your maps are downloaded and not waiting on an update.

@Doug-Robinson They are downloaded. I waited for each map to finish downloading.
If it is not a repeatable bug for everybody I can record a video showing the steps.

@Vlad-Popovici-0 if you cannot open downloaded routes, that might be related to the same issue we deployed a priority update for on iOS. Let me look into that on Monday
