    Opening route causing ‘er ging iets mis’ error

      Hello,
      I’ve created a route on my MacBook, called ‘Hemelvaart 2023’. It’s a public route. Opening it on my iPhone on the MyRoute-app I get the error ‘er ging iets mis’. If I open the route on the browser on my iPhone, it opens ok.

        @Ad-Bouman This probably means the app cannot find your current location or there is no route from your current location to the start of that route.

        Please check your location permissions and verify the start of the route is reachable from where you are 🙂

          @Corjan-Meijerink I have double checked. It works ok with other routes that I created.

                This is probably due to several reasons:
                Route Length: 3,394 KM
                Divide these into day routes
                Closed passes

                Always place waypoints on the road

                  Hello Hans,
                  I've split the route in 2 parts and indeed, I can now load them in the app also. I've also 'disabled seasonal closures' in the toolkit. However, that in itself didn't resolve the issue, I really had to make the routes smaller. (By the way, I usually break the route up in 'day' parts, when I'm ready with it. While I'm working on it, I like to keep it as the whole route, so it's easier to change the daily stops, in case we end up with 1 long day, or if we want to bring in a relax-day. I'll see if I can work with the 'add route' option, to get more then 1 day in the view. At least I know now that I have to split the route into smaller parts, before I can use them in the myroute-app.
