Poor response time of MyRoute App Sales

Hi Everybody,
might be a personal problem, or maybe more users are impacted by a very poor response time of the MyRoute App sales Team.
I have purchased the lifetime Version of MyRoute App and after Does anybody have the same experience?

@Converted_ What is the problem and reason you're contacting MRA Support.
Normally support tickets are answered within 48 hours. -
I personally don't believe this is the right approach
But I'm slightly biased obviously.I don't know to what email your initial ticket was sent but we've received your second message an hour ago successfully.
The first one (which is attached in the second email) never made it to us.Your ticket will be responded to shortly.
Further communication will be done through the support portal. -
