Fuel en-route

Re: Next gas station display in Android Auto/Car Play?
I know this is a bit of an old thread but has anything been done to make the "next fuel station" visible on AA/CP.
Yes, you can look in POI's but as far as I can tell this gives all fuel stations nearby, not necessarily en-route. -
@richard-3v This would be a really useful feature. Maybe to show next fuel station within 0.2 / 0.5 km of route?

In the option menu you would need to add a vehicle section with basic technical data about it.
- Fuel Consumption,
- Tank Size,
- Start Fuel Level,
- minimum calculated Fuel Level.
And then the Choice of Fuel-Stations,
- only on the Route,
- x km left or right to the Route.
With all of that information, the feature "Fuel en-route" would be very very helpful, especially for long distance driver (+250 km)

I can't work out if your serious with this request? The next step on from this is autonomous riding!
I know that my bike will travel 200 miles (320 km) on a full tank of fuel. If I leave home and I am going for a days ride I fill up with fuel at my local fuel station, it doesn't matter if I have 1/4 or even a 1/2 a tank of fuel, I stop and fill up. If my days ride is more than 200 miles, I look along my route and after approximately 160 miles I look for a fuel station and mark it on my route.
It is the same if I am touring, I either fill up just before or just after the hotel. I like to do my research before I leave and not have to worry about it while I'm riding.

I was simply hoping for the next fuel station to be displayed on Android Auto / Car Play the same as it already does on the phone.
As I said, I know that you can look on POI's but this gives ALL fuel stations nearby, some of which may be behind you.
Other than that it's a case of taking the phone out of wherever you place it whils't riding and adding it that way.
