Next navigation is absolute CRAP!!!!

I have tried this navigation again - this time for Morocco - and had to give up after two days. It is absolutely CRAP and not value for money. It does not work and fails to be intuitive! Destroyed my normal MyRoute app route by making it absolutely unrecognisable and failed to work on or off line. It was so bad I am really not at all impressed with those who write good reviews about such crap system!

Just relax, take a deep breath and tell us what went wrong.
What phone are you using?
What are the settings of your MRA Next app? Maybe there's a setting wrong?And also answer the question asked by @Hans-van-de-Ven-MR-MRA
9 out of 10 issues/problems/wrongdoing happens by the users, not by the app. So, make sure you read the manuals too.
