Routes Not Loading
Seriously!!? Guys, what is going on (both the desktop and iPhone versions)? The Routes will not load, in spite of re-boots, re-connection to the Internets etc etc. We relay on this app for critical navigation, and this needs to function flawlessly, 100% of the time, all the time.
-
@Chris-English i have the same problemens
-
Same problem. Even with very old routes none them are loading
-
Hier zelfde probleem, heeft er iemand een oplossing aub
-
@Chris-English tried both Android and iOS
No problems at all. The app is working perfectly -
Marinus enig idee wat het probleem zou kunnen zijn?
-
@bastiaens-harry gebruik je de app of de web versie via een pc
-
@Marinus-van-Deudekom Odd, thanks for testing. Seems it's impacting some users and not everyone....
-
@Marinus-van-Deudekom web versie
-
@bastiaens-harry ga die ook nog ff proberen
-
-
@Marinus-van-Deudekom gold, kunnen we misschien even face time
-
Hier worden routes ook niet geladen. Ik heb basic met de navigatie als trail..

@Marinus-van-Deudekom Gold/Navigation, upgraded and paid yesterday. When attempting to load the Route, it complains that the route is too long, and the I should shorten it, even for a route that 128 miles! It then loads some of the Waypoints only and not the actual route or the milage information. You cannot make any changes to the route, which then tries to re-load and goes into the never-ending load cycle. This seems like the server cannot process the complete transaction, and only loads a corrupted version in the UI (I am using the web version). This may also explain why some users, like yourself are not having any issues, but others are - perhaps some of the servers are overloaded and pinging, too many transactions or overload due to bad server balancing, or may be one particular server is having an issue.
-
@Chris-English maybe you can share the route so we can help you or at least test the route
-
All old routes have disappeared from my smartphone, but are still showing on my PC, but without any routelines between waypoints. After trying to load any route, a message appears saying"The route calculation seems to take very long. You can try resolving this by shortening your route or by adding a waypoint between your current waypoints."

@Marinus-van-Deudekom I just made one route "Public", it's called 03. Chile

@tjackson125gmail-com Yes, EXACTLY the same here!
